Throughout his whole career he’s pursued the answers to make the visit to the dentist more comfortable and relaxing. His vision has lead him to create what’s known as; Dr. Castleberry’s Famous Virtually Painless Injection and Dr. Castleberry’s Special Sedation Dental Care Program. The Castleberry Center for Aesthetic Dentistry with its calming colors, friendly and professional staff, and pleasing design is the answer for those who are seeking a positive experience in Cosmetic, Implant, and Family and Restorative dentistry.

Dr. Castleberry’s Special Sedation Dental Care Program
Many of Dr. Castleberry’s patients prefer to snooze through their dental care. Qualified patients can just take a small pill and snooze and in many cases have all of their dental needs taken care of in just one appointment.

Dr. Castleberry’s Famous Virtually Painless Injection
Most our patents never know they have received an injection. That’s because of Dr. Castleberry’s famous virtually “Painless Injection technique. A topical anesthetic is applied to the tissue with a swab. The anesthetic painlessly numbs the spot where the doctor will give you one of the gentlest injections.

Dr. Castleberry’s Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Dr. Castleberry’s reason for using nitrous oxide ("laughing gas") is for its calming effect. Since it doesn't numb the teeth, anesthetic is still necessary. Nitrous oxide just relaxes you.

You will breathe nitrous oxide in through a small mask that covers your nose. It takes just a few minutes for you to notice the effects. People most often describe the feeling as being relaxed, unconcerned, slightly numb all over, and disconnected from what's happening around them.

Dr. Castleberry will adjust the dosage of the nitrous oxide gas to fit your needs. You can also control its effects by your breathing. The more deeply you breathe through your nose, the more you'll feel its effects. There are no long-lasting effects of nitrous oxide; you can safely drive after a dental appointment.

Dr. Castleberry’s offers IV Sedation performed by a Board Certified Anesthesiologist in the comforts of his office.
This is the highest level of sedation we can provide in our office. It offers the most comfort and most reliable and controllable level of conscious sedation. IV SEDATION (Conscious sedation) or Twilight Anesthesia is a safe and effective method of anesthesia for procedures requiring relaxation but not unconsciousness. During the procedure, the anesthesia specialist delivers varying amounts of sedating and anesthetic medication through an intravenous (IV) line, monitoring the patient's comfort level and increasing or decreasing medication as needed (hence the name monitored anesthesia care).

IV Sedation - is available in our office on an appointment basis.
